Update on Provider Portal Issue Resolved

Iowa Total Care (ITC) had previously identified an issue with the Provider Portal. Provider authorizations were not displaying the appropriate modifiers even though the modifiers existed in our system.

All provider authorizations should now be displaying the modifiers in the portal as expected.

We apologize for this inconvenience. Thank you for your patience.

ITC will also be updating the status of this portal concern on the ITC System Configuration Log.
