Issue with the Iowa Total Care Provider Portal: Modifiers Not Showing on Authorizations

Iowa Total Care (ITC) has identified an issue with the Provider Portal. Some provider authorizations are currently not displaying the appropriate modifiers. We recognize that this may impact provider claims submissions, especially with services to our waiver members. The modifiers are in our system, but currently not displaying in the portal. Once the issue is corrected, the data will be restored.
This concern has been shared with the Centene Corporate Portal Team and has been escalated for further review. We apologize for this inconvenience. We are working to resolve this situation as quickly as possible.
ITC will provide status updates through the ITC System Configuration Log.
