If a member has other primary insurance (including Medicare), all prior authorization requests must be submitted to and determined by the primary payer first—regardless of the Managed Care Organization (MCO) associated with either coverage.
Use our quick and easy online tool to see if a prior authorization is needed. If one is needed, you can submit the request online through our Secure Provider Web Portal.
