Iowa Total Care COVID-19 Vaccination Member Outreach

Iowa is currently vaccinating individuals in Phase 1B, which includes those age 65 and older as well as those in critical front-line roles.

Since vaccines remain in short supply, not everyone in Phase 1B will get vaccinated right away.

Iowa Total Care is contacting our members age 65 and older who have not received their vaccine and informing them they may be eligible to get vaccinated. If you have a high volume of patients in Phase 1B, you may experience a possible increase in patient calls.

After that outreach, ITC will be contacting members in Phase 1C, ages 16 to 64 with preexisting conditions.
