Post-Pay Reviews-6 Degrees Health

Effective June 1, 2024, Iowa Total Care will implement the post-pay reviews that focuses on inpatient, high-dollar itemized hospital bills.

To support this process Iowa Total Care will use an approved vendor, 6 Degrees Health, to complete these reviews. Hospital providers who may have a claim selected for a post-pay review will receive a ‘Findings Summary Report’ that details the billed charges in question.
