New Fax Number for Buy & Bill Medication Prior Authorization Requests

Effective immediately, Iowa Total Care has a new fax number specific to the buy and bill medication prior authorization requests. Providers can still use the Provider Portal to submit these requests: provider.iowatotalcare.com.

If submitting by fax for an office-given drug, please use the new fax number to submit prior authorizations for buy and bill medications: 1-833-711-0485.
