Buy & Bill Medication Prior Authorization Requests Update

Iowa Total Care has a new fax number specific to the buy and bill medication prior authorization requests. Providers can still use the provider portal to submit these requests.

If submitting by fax for an office-given drug, please use the new fax number to submit prior authorizations for buy and bill medications: 1-833-711-0485. For more information refer to Informational Letter 2555-MC-FFS.
