If you have not submitted all medical record requests, please do so by April 19, 2024
We thank you for your assistance and look forward to another year of providing quality care to Iowa Total Care members.
Our HEDIS rates/results will be shared once they become available. Starting this May is the time to reflect on ways to improve practices and better reach our members to improve the preventive and chronic care wellness.

Over $168,000 Donated To Improve Provider Accessibility
Iowa Total Care partnered with the National Council on Independent Living (NCIL) to grant providers funds to improve practice accessibility. Congratulations to the 14 providers who received grant funds to make their locations more accessible to individuals with additional needs.
